ABOUT THE ARTIST
An art enthusiast from an
early age, Bob excelled in art from yearbook
days to modern expressionism in college. Then
a respite for family and the commercial art
business, and now a return to fine art first
with still life, then portraits and now
landscapes with a passion for desert subjects
and in particular abandoned homesteads.
His contemporary realism oil painting style,
both plein air and studio, makes five days a
week fly by leaving him wanting more.
Robert received an
Associate of Arts Degree from Mount San
Antonio College, California. He has held
exhibitions at: Open Studio Tour,
Morongo Basin Cultural Art Council; Best and
Brightest, Scottsdale Arizona Artist School;
California Art Club Patron; Pasadena Woman's
Club and Pasadena City Hall, Plein Air.
Robert maintains studios in Covina and Twenty
Nine Palms, California. His Covina art
gallery is open to the public.
